As I was successful with this I continued in this role for several years & completed my level 3 in training & education along with several other qualifications. I am now enjoying being part of the Bluebird care team as an in-house trainer, having met & trained several staff I am looking forward to continuing to help build the knowledge of existing staff while supporting their existing skills, and also training new members of the team.
