I love my job! I enjoy spending time with the people I care for and their families. I get a sense of pride when supporting new carers when they come and shadow me. Bluebird Care Trafford is a great place to work, they are responsive and a friendly team.

I have worked for Bluebird for a couple of weeks now, I've enjoyed every moment of it from the minute I went for the interview to where I am now. I feel very supported and welcomed onto the team. I have had skilled Bluebird workers that I have been shadowing and they have taught me some very important skills and how to get to know each individual separately. Although my time at Bluebird has been short and I am only just beginning, I can already see I have chosen the right company to work for and it is full of amazing and skilled carers. I have worked for Bluebird Care Trafford for over 3 years after working for local authority for many years, things are done very differently here. I know all of our customers individually and have built up excellent relationships. We provide person centred care and go above and beyond for all our customers. I enjoy going to work every day!
