Tash's Story (Care Supervisor to Deputy Manager) -
'I joined Bluebird Care in November 2022 as a Care Supervisor with 14 years of experience in the care sector. This role has it's challenges, but I enjoy the fast paced nature of homecare, and the mix between working with the care staff & mentoring them and also supporting and onboarding new customers - both of which are very rewarding. In January 2024, I was promoted to deputy manager of the Totton branch, something I'm very proud of, and I look forward to my future with the team'.
