Our career pathway has been specially created to help our Care Assistants identify and realise their career goal aspirations. It ultimately looks to guide them and prepare them for their next level of challenge be that in the Care Sector or as a springboard to take further qualifications to become for example; a Nurse, Paramedic, Doctor or other health care professional.
Also, importantly it rewards and recognises achievements and hardwork along the way. We offer diplomas from level 2 upwards plus in house training and a varied eLearning program.
