The Bluebird Care Vehicle Protection Scheme

FREE protection for you and your vehicle during your time at work and when being used by you for private and domestic purposes. Bluebird Care Vehicle Protection provides:

  • Roadside assistance 
  • Local recovery (maximum 15 miles radius) 
  • Homestart - assistance from your place of residence

The Bluebird Care Personal Health Cash Scheme

Terms and Conditions Apply

Providing you with support in terms of cash refunds, up to prescribed scheme levels, for many of the routine health treatments that you will have each year (e.g. dental and optical) plus support for some specialised and non-routine health costs. The scheme can be extended free of charge to your children (max 5). You will also benefit from access to a confidential employee helpline supporting you with health and employment concerns.

The Bluebird Care Sales and Recruitment Cash Scheme

Terms and Conditions Apply

Providing you with tangible cash incentives for referral of potential employees. We will pay you for referrals on the following basis:

For applicants who join the company as care workers:

  Up to 16 hrs
In excess of 16 hrs

On successful completion of one month
as probationary care worker

Tax Implications

You should be aware that benefits in kind are considered by HMRC as taxable and will need to be declared accordingly
