Meet our team of care professionals

Steve Tarpey

Bluebird Care Solihull is led by Steve Tarpey. Steve started delivering homecare in Solihull to help support customers in the area to receive homecare and support while remaining in the comfort and familiarity of their own homes. Delivering the highest quality of homecare and support is Steve’s absolute goal and the team would be delighted to hear from anyone who is seeking homecare for themselves or for a loved one, or would simply like to talk to someone about the services we provide.

Steve has lived in Solihull for 20 years. He is a Chemistry graduate and he spent 25 years in the pharmaceutical industry rising to become a UK Director of a top 20 pharmaceutical company.

Steve decided to move in to the care sector because he felt that he wanted a business that was centred around helping people directly as well as being able to give a service to his local community.

Providing high quality, customised personal care to vulnerable people was one way of satisfying those ambitions and in joining Bluebird Care he has found the perfect vehicle for his aspirations.

Steve is passionate about quality both in the delivery of care and in customer service and believes that quality should be the measure of his business, not necessarily the speed of growth.
