Meet our team of care professionals

Craig Adamson
Director

Craig has been a manager in the care sector for over 8 years now and running Bluebird Care Sefton for the last 5 years. "I am very proud to be offering the highest standard of care to all our customers throughout Sefton.

We pride ourselves on ensuring we only employ the very best, naturally caring people to be our carers. All of our staff have a strong desire to care for others and make a career for themselves. We provide thorough training that goes beyond minimum standards and continues as long as they remain part of the Bluebird Care Team. At the heart of what we do is providing care to the standards that we would expect for our own loved ones.

Paula Crawford
Care Manager

Paula has been in the care industry for 25 years and has a passion for providing the best possibe care.

​Paula is reponsible for the management of all staff. She ensures all carers are trained to the highest possible standards before they are allowed to visit customers.

​Paula has QCF level 5 Management and Leadership in Social Care. She is qualified as an Adult Training and Education (PTLLS) trainer, as well as a Medication and Moving and Handling trainer.

With the help of the Supervisors, ​Paula oversees the quality management of our service, ensuring customers receive the care they want. 

Joanne McDonald
Supervisor

Joanne worked joined Blue Bird Care in September 2017 as a care worker. In March 2019 she was promoted to supervisor for her great customer service skills and empthatic personality.

Densie Lloyd
Supervisor

Denise joined Bluebird Care in 2013 as a carer and studyied an NVQ level 3 in Health and Social Care. She was then promoted to supervisor in 2016 after showing excellent skills as a care worker.

Danielle Seddon
Co-ordinator

Danielle Joined Bluebird Care in 2013 as a carer. She  Qualified in NVQ level 3 in Adult Social Care in 2015 and has since been promoted to Care Co-ordinator.
