Sai is the Managing Director for Bluebird Care Rother & Hastings and is incredibly passionate about delivering high quality homecare services. He has a heart for care and head for business that drives him in leading the Bluebird Care team.
Having previously worked in IT for big firms such as Fujitsu and GAM (Global Asset Management), he is particularly enthusiastic about technology and how it could change the lives of people for the better.
Sai has always had a heart for serving those in need and prior to Bluebird Care, he met this through regular volunteering in activities such as helping provide meals for the homeless as well as social activities through charities and local councils.
Sai chose to venture into homecare after seeing the impact of poor care received by his own grandmother when she became ill.
His enthusiasm and dedication for providing high quality homecare drives him and he is the director of two successful Bluebird Care offices.
Jess chose to work in healthcare after we provided support to her father and she saw the difference that is made to those involved.
She is incredibly passionate and particularly loves meeting with our new customers and their families to guide them through the setting up of their care service.
Jess joined the Bluebird Care team as a Care Assistant where she gained valuable experience prior to her appointment as Community Care Supervisor and then Care Manager.
In her spare time Jess loves going on holidays with her friends and relaxing with her daughter.
Kayleigh has over seven years of experience in care and started her career in residential care, where she worked as a Senior Care Assistant.
Before working professionally in care, Kayleigh used to visit residents in the care home she started at over the weekend to simply chat.
Kayleigh joined the Bluebird Care team as a Community Care Assistant before progressing onto the role of Care Supervisor and explained that she enjoys her role because it is so incredibly rewarding.
In her spare time, Kayleigh enjoys socialising with her friends as well as heading out for some retail therapy!
Cat has worked in roles relating to care and people throughout her career and as well as working professionally, she has previously provided support to family members.
After gaining experience working in care homes, Cat chose to change to working in community care and first joined the team as a Community Care Assistant.
Cat chose to progress into the role of Office Admin and then Field Care Supervisor so as to further her career in care and loves that she is able to continue making a difference to our customers' lives!
As well as gaining valuable experience, Cat is aiming to complete further studies in order to support her as she progresses.
Vicki has worked in caring roles for over 25 years and brings a wealth of experience to the Bluebird Care Rother & Hastings team.
Initially, Vicki wanted to be a nurse, then got a job in a day centre for people with a learning disability as a Care Assistant at the age of 16, loved it and ended up going along the route of care management.
Before joining the Bluebird Care team, Vicki also gained experience as a Registered Manager and NVQ Assessor. She chose to change her career because it gives her the opportunity to work closer to home and continue making a difference and chose Bluebird Care because of our excellent reputation.
In her spare time, Vicki volunteers for the RNLI Hastings Lifeboat Crew. She finds this incredibly rewarding and is a brilliant way of making even more of a difference!
Tracy has worked in healthcare since 2004 and gained experience in the roles of Care Assistant, Supervisor and Care Manager prior to taking a step of delivering training.
She is a qualified trainer; having completed her train the trainer course and believes that the best way to deliver training is face to face. This gives those attending the ability to ask questions and absorb what they have learnt.
In addition, Tracy's hands on experience means that she can pass on real life tips and experiences which bring the sessions to life!
Tracy explained that she ultimately loves delivering training as it does not really feel like work; it is more like having great fun every day!
With his sister, mum, nan and cousin having experience in various healthcare roles, it seems natural that Nathan chose this sector to work in too!
Nathan started his career in sales & marketing for a group of care homes in London and has over 10 years experience.
Nathan is passionate about working in an environment where the career you have makes a genuine difference to people's lives.
In his spare time, Nathan enjoys relaxing with a good bit of DIY.
With over a decade of care experience, Dee brings a wealth of experience to the Rother & Hastings team.
She is passionate about making a difference to people's lives and volunteered in between working in a nursing home when 16 & 17.
Dee particularly enjoys her role with the Bluebird Care team because of how it allows her to look after not only our lovely customers, but our Care Assistants as well.
In her spare time, Dee enjoys socialising with friends, family and loves visiting the Llama park to see her adopted Llama Manny!
Emma has worked in healthcare for about eight years after starting her career as a Care Assistant in a nursing home in St Leonards.
Emma first chose to work in care because she wanted a career that fitted her naturally caring personality and working as a Care Assistant was a natural fit!
She has completed her NVQ 2 and 3 and loves being able to help make a difference to the lives of our customers each and every day.
In her spare time, Emma enjoys relaxing and spending quality time with her husband and children.
