Through my career with Bluebird Care my own children are now inspired to help others. Every year at Christmas time, myself and my children travel to South-End on Sea with freshly baked mince pies on board. We distribute the mince pies amongst the homeless and offer them a hot drink. My rewarding career with Bluebird Care Redbridge has reflected positively on my family - I will be forever grateful for this.

I came to Bluebird Care looking for a job, but here I have found a career. The team here are great and the office staff are always encouraging me to better myself and achieve my career goals. I look forward to seeing what the future holds for me.

At Bluebird Care Redbridge I am supported to set and reach personal goals. I came to Bluebird Care wanting to give back to my local community and learn more about the care industry. Today I achieve my goals on a daily basis; giving back to the community when I provide home care visits and frequently applying my knowledge learnt from my NVQ Level 3 - provided and funded by Bluebird Care.

When I moved to England from South Africa Bluebird Care welcomed me with open arms. Bluebird Care Redbridge allow and assist me to make a difference in the community that I live.

I have enjoyed working for Bluebird Care the past 3 months, although I am an experienced care assistant I have learnt so much here at Bluebird! The office team have been so supportive here, due to the support I have received I would be keen to consider more senior roles in the future and progress with my career here at Bluebird Care Redbridge.

For me the most rewarding factor of my job is leaving a customer with a smile on their face. Sometimes I go to a customer's house and all I do is simply offer them a cup of tea and sit to have a chat with them, but that may be the only chat our customer has today and that is why my job is so important and deeply rewarding.
