Meet the team

I have a background in franchising across many industries, when Bluebird Care was introduced to me I was encouraged by not only the business opportunity but also the opportunity it presents to be able to make a real difference to people's lives both as an employer but also as a service provider.

I have worked in the care sector for the past 16 years in a variety of roles, which has given me experience in all aspects of a Care Manager. I currently hold a QCF level 5 in health and social care and is working towards completing my ILM level 5 soon.

I started working for Bluebird Care in September 2023 I have been really welcomed and supported to settle into my job role by all the team.  I am thoroughly enjoying working as part of a Dynamic team, ensuring we provide the best care possible in a person-centred way, for people to maintain independence whilst living in their own home.

Having worked for 30 years in a wide variety of industries, I joined Bluebird Care in January 2022. I am looking forward putting some of the knowledge I have gained over this time into the care sector.

Hello I am Margaret and I have worked for Bluebird care for 2 Years , first as a carer and then as a Customer Support Officer  . My role is Creating care plans for potential clients which is a job I love to do . I have worked in the care sector for at least 20 years and during that time as a carer have Tupeed from care provider to other care providers , Then was offered this role which I could not refuse  And am quite happy to carry on working until I retire 

Hello, I'm Eden. I am the Care Consultant for the branch. 

I am the first point of contact for potential customers looking for care. Alongside this, I deal with all our recruitment and also all our social media!

I have been with Bluebird Care since May 2022 and really enjoy working with a such great team. I have no previous experience in the Care Sector, but I have learnt so much in such little time. I previously worked as a Customer Service Advisor in the Manufacturing Industry for 10 years.
