Director

Jon’s passion for establishing a premium domiciliary care company stems from his personal experience witnessing the profound impact quality homecare can have on a loved one’s life. With over 20 years of business experience and a deep commitment to excellence, Jon is dedicated to ensuring that his team delivers the highest standard of care to the local community.

After my grandfather passed away, my grandmother struggled to live safely on her own. However, with the support of Bluebird Care, not only was she able to remain in her home, but she truly thrived with the care, companionship, and assistance she received. Seeing the positive transformation in her later years inspired me to bring this level of care to others in my community.

Outside of his professional commitments, Jon enjoys spending quality time with his family and their three dogs. A passionate sports enthusiast, he has a particular love for American football.

Director

Luke Williams is the Director of Bluebird Care in Oldham, where he passionately advocates for delivering high-quality care to his local community. With a background in business management and development across multiple sectors, Luke brings strong leadership qualities that emphasise innovation, customer-focused service, and a commitment to excellence. Apart from his work in care, Luke is deeply involved in animal welfare, actively participating in animal rescue efforts both locally and nationally. As a devoted pet lover and rescue dog owner, he champions animal rights and often lends his voice to causes that support their well-being.

In his personal life, Luke is a self-proclaimed "petrolhead" with a love for speed, whether on two or four wheels. You’ll often find him attending classic car and motorcycle events or following Formula 1 races, blending his professional commitment to care with his personal passions.
