Meet our team of care professionals

Rozina Sayani

Rozina is a qualified science teacher, with over 22 years of experience of teaching both in the public and state sectors.

Rozina is the senior partner for Bluebird Care (Northampton and Daventry) and is in charge of the efficient running of the business and brings to the role a mix of customer service and effective management skills with the aim providing good quality care and ensuring the highest levels of service to customers and employees at all times.

Rozina jointly owns and manages Bluebird Care Northampton & Daventry with Amir.

Rozina has first-hand experience of caring for relatives and fully understands how difficult and stressful it can be to be the main carer for a loved one. She says:

We joined Bluebird Care so that we could make an effective and visible difference to our local community. We would also like to think of ourselves as a local family working hard so as to provide quality care by local people, to the residents of the local community.

Amir Sayani

Amir is a qualified accounting technician, currently completing his studies to become a chartered accountant and is responsible for managing the day to day finances of the company.

Amir has worked as an auditor within one of the “Big Four” accountancy groups and over the last few years has been working as an auditor within one of the UK’s largest county councils focusing on amongst other things, provision of care services, contract management, etc.

Amir is also actively involved in forming links with local community groups and for the marketing activities of the company.

Azeem Sayani
IT Coordinator

As the IT coordinator, my role is very varied and challenging. The company handles a lot of sensitive information that requires safekeeping as well easy access. Our communication avenues need to be fault free and available for everyday use or in case of an emergency. I am involved in a lot of the background work making sure that our systems are running and all the staff are trained in the correct manner when using our technology.
