I've worked for Bluebird Care for just 16 months and can honestly say it's changed my life. Not only does our employer care for our customers they care for their employees too. The training is valuable and helps us provide better quality care. It is paramount to them that their customers are cared for professionally and that their staff are fully trained to deal with all the difficulties our customers may face on a daily basis. I'm very grateful and proud to be part of the Bluebird Care North Tyneside team.

I’ve worked for Bluebird Care for 11 months, during this time I have gained a huge amount of skills and knowledge in meeting the individual needs of many customers, particularly around Dementia awareness. I love meeting customers and hearing about their lives and finding out their likes and dislikes, which enables me to provide that personal touch, to make the customer smile and laugh; taking the "edge off" the daily routine, which for some, is lonely and isolating.

I enjoy working at Bluebird Care North Tyneside because they have given me flexibility in my working hours I need to work around my daughters’ hospital appointments and school hours. Being a single mother it is hard to find employers that will be as understanding as Bluebird Care North Tyneside have been to me.
