Recruitment evenings are the perfect opportunity to speak directly to organisations who are actively looking to recruit. They are aimed at building and fostering relationships with applicants in a more personal way than your typical methods, such as applying online.

We held our first recruitment evening of the year at our head office in Boldon Business Park, and what a success it was! 

The evening provided the opportunity for all attendees to speak directly with the recruitment team and learn more about the roles that are available. It enabled them to meet other members of the workforce and discuss what it’s like working for Bluebird Care, going into more details about different aspects of each role.

Those who attended the evening benefited from a fast tracked recruitment process. This gave them the chance to discuss the roles in person and get answers to any questions they had.

The recruitment team were extremely impressed with the turn out and the readiness of the attendees. They all showed genunine interest in a career in care, and were all eager to find out about the available roles.
