Tim Chrishop
Director

Bluebird Care (Lisburn & Down) is owned and managed by Tim Chrishop. Tim has gained many years managerial and business experience within the public sector and understands the importance of high quality customer service. Tim is determined to deliver the quality of care that he would expect for his own family, to enable and enrich individual’s lives and allow them to continue to live life as fully as possible.

Sarah Wright
Registered Care Manager

Sarah joined Lisburn and Down in March 2015. She comes with over 15 years of experience in Domiciliary Care. Most recently she was the regional manager for a large Trust provider. She is passionate about providing  an outstanding service to our customers, her attention to detail ensures an individual's needs are always a top priority.

Gemma Hoskin
Lead Supervisor

Gemma has worked in the Healthcare sector for just over 9 years and is passionate about making a difference to people's lives. She joined Bluebird Care Lisburn & down in July 2018 and in that time has really worked hard to get to know all our customers and staff. With that knowledge she is able to provide an advanced level of support for the Care Manager and to the co-ordinator, being able to liaise with families and other health professionals. Gemma currently holds a level 4 Diploma in Adult Care

Tiera McCartney
Lead Coordinator

Tiera joined Bluebird Care Lisburn & Down as a Care Assistant in December 2015. Quickly adapting to the role, she proved very reliable and a favourite of the customers. Having successfully completed her QCF level 3 in Health and Social Care, Tiera applied for and was successfully selected to become the Lead Co-Ordinator for the business. She diligently produces all the rotas for the majority of the business and still has time to go out and deliver care when required and meet the new customers.

Paula Greer
Office Manager

Paula joined the Lisburn and Down team in January 2017. With a wealth of customer service experience Paula is the first point of contact when anyone calls the office. Highly efficient and motivated she interacts with customers, careworkers and other health care professionals to deliver a first class experience.
