Meet our team of care professionals

Jady Starr
Registered Care Manager

Jady joined Bluebird Care in November 2012, working as a care assistant for over 3 years before leaving to live and work abroad.  When she returned to the UK in 2017 Jady came back to work at Bluebird Care firstly as a Care Champion and then as a Supervisor, dedicated to supporting the company's new recruits through their first few weeks.  In 2019, the opportunity to develop further with the company arose and Jady was appointed as Care Manager in April.

Jady manages all the day to day activities of the Hook & Kingsclere office and with her office team supports her fantastic team of care assistants to deliver the very best quality of home and live in care across north Hampshire.

Sara Pyke
Supervisor

Sara has a wealth of experience from the care industry, laterly with clients with challenging behaviours.  Sara joined Bluebird Care as a care assistant in December 2013 and after 20 months secured promotion to Supervisor in October 2015.  Sara meets new customers, sets up new care plans and works with our customers and their families to review existing packages of care to ensure they are up to date and meet their needs.

Jacqui Tomkins
Coordinator

Jacqui joined Bluebird Care in May 2012 as a care assistant, progressing her career with the company and at the beginning of 2015 moved in to the office as coordinator. With years of experience of preparing customer weekly care schedules and coordinating care assistant rosters, Jacqui oversees the coordination of both the West Berkshire office as well as her own North Hampshire office.  Her skills and experience are second to none and play a significant part in the company being able to deliver the highest quality care. 

Jane Atkin
Supervisor

Jane has worker for Bluebird Care since December 2008, firstly as a care assistant and more recently as Supervisor.  She focuses her time on our team of care assistants, supporting and training them as they progress through the Bluebird Care career pathway.

Kim Teagle
Recruitment Manager

Kim joined Bluebird Care as a care assistant in September 2012 and after 3 years delivering the very best quality of care in Basingstoke & Deane and Hart was successful in her application to start in a brand new role for the company as Recruitment Manager.  More recenlty Kim's role has also developed in to working with the company's senior management team to focus on retaining staff through improved pay, benefits, training and support.  Kim is responsible for all staff recruitment across both the west Berkshire and north Hampshire offices.  Give her a call on 07792 784354 today to see if Bluebird Care is the company for you.

Charlotte Scott
Finance Manager

Charlotte has developed her career at Bluebird Care over a number of years; joining the company in 2010 as a care assistant.  After only a few months Charlotte moved in to the office as coordianator at first in the Newbury office and then moving to Hook as the company expanded.  More recently Charlotte has moved in to a role in finance supporting both offices.  Charlotte is currently studying for her AAT qualifications in accountancy.
