Katerina bought the franchise from Brian Colvin in 2017.
She brings over 20 years of management and Director experience to the business. Katerina has always worked in the Services Sector (recently in specialized logistics and healthcare communications) and is passionate about delivering top quality service in every company she has been involved with.

Having recently experienced the loss of my father and gone through the agonizing process of trying to find the right care for him, I became aware of how important the sector of domiciliary and live-in care is.
When the opportunity to acquire Bluebird Care Guildford & Waverley came up, we never hesitated. I am passionate about supporting and further growing our excellent team of carers to deliver an outstanding quality of care for customers and their families in the Guildford and Waverley area that we serve. We want to be involved and help our local communities where we can, in whatever way we can. Registered Care Manager
I joined Bluebird Care six years ago. I had already established a career in caring and I liked the values which Bluebird Care presents. I started of as a care worker, moved onto become a Support Supervisor, then gained a position as the Head of Customer Support and now I am Care Manager. With Bluebird Care, there’s always opportunities to grow in your career.
As Care Manager, I manage the day-to-day running of our Guildford & Waverley branch. I also manage the staff team to ensure that high quality, safe and effective homecare is provided to our customers.
Outside of work, I enjoy reading especially with a relaxing cup of tea.
