Bobby Pawar
Director

Bobby is the owner of Bluebird Care (Gravesham & Dartford)

Having a number of years' experience operating a residential care business, Bobby decided to enter into the provision of care at home.

Bobby says:

"We pride ourselves in having a strong work ethic and having exceptional standards.   We aim to provide professional care at home alongside a friendly, personal service to all the people we care for whilst maintaining good relationships with friends, relatives and the care managers of our customers.

Our role is to manage and oversee the provision of domiciliary care whilst maintaining the high standards we are passionate about.

We are a young and proactive team and our goal is to provide excellent care to individuals and give them confidence to live in their own homes while ensuring that our Care Workers are trained to the highest of standards.

We are proud that we are a family run business but are part of a high quality network and brand such as Bluebird Care."

Clare

With over 14 years experience in healthcare, Clare brings a wealth of experience to the Gravesham & Dartford team.

Before working in care, Clare worked in retail and decided to transition because of the positive work life balance a career in care gave. Clare's first position was as a Community Care Worker, during which time she completed her NVQ level 2 in Health & Social Care.

Following this, Clare gained experience as a Care Worker in residential, nursing, hospice and supported living settings before progressing onto a role as a Risk Assessor for a London based care company.

Clare first joined us as a Care Supervisor and worked in the positions Registered Care Manager at our Maidstone and Gravesham & Dartford Offices along with Training Manager before leading the operational side of the business as operations Manager and then Operations Director.

Clare is passionate about delivering quality homecare services and developing high quality standards. She believes in investing in each individual team member and providing the support they need to progress in their roles.
