Meet our team of care professionals

Gabi Sprechert
Director

For the past 26 years I have worked in the health and social care industry in a variety of roles including Care Assistant, student nurse, Manager and Associate Director. Working in a number of hospital, community and office settings has enabled me to gain extensive knowledge in several different sectors, but predominately within elderly care. It has also given me both the knowledge and experience to know just exactly what good quality care should look like.

I first joined Bluebird Care in 2012 as the Business Manager for the Petersfield and Fareham businesses. When the opportunity arose to purchase the Fareham business, I was delighted to have the chance to provide a service to the same standard I would expect for a member of my own family. 

It gives me a huge amount of pride and satisfaction knowing that we have a wonderful team in place who share the same passion as me for the standards of care delivered in the local community. I firmly believe that our integral ethos of honesty guides us at Bluebird Care, meaning we do not over promise and do not under deliver. 
 

Louise Richards
Registered Care Manager

Louise manages the office team, ensuring we have a safe and compliant service. She is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the care team. Amongst other duties, Louise deals with compliments, complaints, staff training and CQC related queries.

Helen Young
Care Coordinator

Helen is responsible for the coordination of all care calls. She ensures that working patterns meet the needs of the customer and the care worker, and communicates regularly between carers and customers to ensure the smooth running of the service.

Rebecca Chapman
Customer Supervisor

Rebecca works with new customers in establishing their care needs and then compiling tailored care plans to meet those needs. She regularly reviews care packages, carries out risk assessments, liaises with health professionals and works to ensure the customers requirements are always being met.

Bianca Harper
Carer Supervisor

Bianca is responsible for the recruitment of new carers and supporting them through their probationary period. Bianca will then continue working with carers to ensure all necessary training, supervisions and spot checks are up-to-date.

Rachael Kellet
Finance Manager

Rachael oversees the financial aspects of the business, including invoicing, payroll, processing mileage and expense claims and dealing with all finance queries.
