Meet our team of care professionals

Dean Morley
Operations Manager

Dean Morley has joined our team as an Operations Manager. His primary role is to support and manage our registered care manager, and help us to improve the quality of our services, and develop and grow our business. 

Dean joins us with seventeen years of experience in health and social care, education and marketing. As a former registered care manager of Bluebird Care (Ealing) between 2016 to 2022, he is familiar with our policies, procedures and ethos. 

I'm excited to help Bluebird Care (East Hertfordshire) achieve its goals and deliver the best possible care and support to its service users, employees and stakeholders. This is an amazing team that has so much to give.

Mia Elalaoui
Care Co-ordinator

Mia Elalaoui started with Bluebird Care East Hertfordshire in August 2022 as a Care Co-ordinator, and has been a fantastic addition to the team.  

I have worked in care for over 5 years - initially starting as a carer in London. Worked towards attaining my degrees in psychology and relocated to Essex where I worked as a care coordinator in Chelmsford. I have now been working as a coordinator at bluebird since August 2022.  I have thoroughly enjoyed the role so far; no two days are the same and I just love being a part of the team!

Danielle Sell
Care Supervisor

Danielle started with Bluebird Care as a care assistant in October 2020 and was an excellent addition to the team with her caring and bubbly personality.  In December 2022 Danielle was promoted to Care Supervisor.  

I have been within the care sector for over 10 years, I have a passion to enhance the lives of our service users by ensuring their care plans are detailed and personalised to their needs. I want to ensure that the service users are happy with the care we are providing. I wish to support the care assistants to reach their full potential and ensure they are informed of good feedback and that they feel appreciated and valued.

Finney Trueman Daniel
Care Supervisor

Finney Started with Bluebird Care East Hertfordshire in December 2022. 

I have been a carer for nearly 12 years. My passion is to build people in need hope and confidence. I have experience in End of Life, and Dementia Care in which I have built relationships with care and passion, I have provided person centred care and worked my way up to the supervisor I am today.

Brooke Fairweather
ECM Operator

Brooke is one of our lovely ECM Operators and started with us in May 2023. 

Our ECM operators are on hand to provide coordinating support to the team outside of our regular business hours.

Sheelagh Thompson
ECM Operator

Sheelagh is one of our lovely ECM Operators and started with us in November 2022.
