Care assistant testimonials

Please read on to learn what our team have to say about working for Bluebird Care Chiltern & Dacorum.

After many years working in an office environment I decided to make the move into the world of care. I applied to Bluebird Care, (as they had be recommended by a friend who is also a care assistant), and after completing their interview process successfully, here I am nearly 3 years on. Becoming a care assistant has really fulfilled my ambitions in my working and personal life. I find being a care assistant very rewarding, knowing that I make a difference everyday to our customers by my daily visits is such a lovely feeling. I have been able to attend training courses in dementia, COPD and many more. I have had the opportunity to complete my level 2 diploma in Health and Social Care. I also have the opportunity to help with some admin tasks within the office. Working along side great colleagues and a very supportive management team helps me a lot in my role as a care assistant. There are lots of great opportunities to be gained by becoming a care assistant and working for Bluebird Care, I'm so glad I made that move 3 years ago!
