The Bluebirds
Every business is only as good as it's people, and for us, Bluebird Care Carlisle's team of incredibly committed, professional carers are the most important people in it.
After all, it is they who provide the care to you or your loved ones 365 days of the year, come rain, hail or shine.
Our Bluebirds change lives for the better, by making a positive difference each and every day.
This is no more evident than during the ongoing Covid pandemic, where they have worked tirelessly since before, during and after lockdown, going way beyond their normal duties, and for that, they have our eternal thanks and gratitude.
Our care assistant team access ongoing training and development to ensure that they are competent in the skills required to carry out their duties as carers.
