More people than ever are choosing to receive care at home, but what makes them choose Bluebird Care?

Our staff members are the face of our company and it’s our care teams that enable our customers to stay in the comfort of their own homes. Working with some of the most vulnerable members of society can give enormous satisfaction to the right person. It offers the opportunity to make a real difference to people’s lives; a vocation rather than just a job.

Michael was so impressed with the approach demonstrated by Bluebird Care he invested in his home territory of Cardiff North back in 2009. He is still very much involved in the development of the business, and has particular interest in exploring new bespoke ways of meeting people's needs.

Originally qualified as a Chartered Surveyor, Michael has an open and supportive management culture with an eye for detail and quality of service, acknowledging that people, from his own personal experience, are individuals and everyone is different.
