Our Care Assistants are amongst the highest paid in the area because, unlike most care companies, Bluebird Care (Canterbury & Thanet) pay mileage and travel time in addition to pay for hours worked. This means you are also paid for your travel time to and from work.
What we offer:
- Full time, part time and weekend only posts available
- Guaranteed hours for key times
- Hourly pay (care time) £9.00 - £10.00 + Paid travel time £8.72 per hour
- £15.80 per hour for bank holidays
- £0.30 per mile mileage allowance
