Meet our team of care professionals

Claire & Norman Murphy
Owners & Directors

This husband and wife team brings a wealth of professional management expertise to Bluebird
Care. They've instilled a culture of providing an outstanding service, with ethics and
high standards central to the way we operate.

Like many people, Norman’s first real experience of the care industry came at a time when his own father was diagnosed with dementia and the world of care suddenly entered his family’s life. Having experienced poor standards throughtout the sector, he and Claire were determined to create an outstanding rated company that people could trust to look after their loved ones.

Norman and Claire opened their first Bluebird Care office in Winchester in 2012, before expanding into Alton (2013), Andover (2015) and Petersfield (2018).

They are extremely proud (and in the unique position) that all four of their offices have been rated as "Overall Outstanding" by the Care Quality Commission (CQC).

Katie Milne
