We’re looking for a Field Care Supervisor to join our award-winning team and help customers live independently at home through high-quality, person-centred care. You’ll lead and support a team of Care Assistants, write and maintain high quality care plans and risk assessments, conduct quality monitoring and coach your team to deliver premium care and support. This is a vital leadership role, split 50/50 between office and field work.
