Alyson Hartlebury - Registered Manager

Alyson is responsible to the national regulator, Care Quality Commission,to ensure the safety and effectiveness of our service. After working in other sectors, Alyson found her true passion in care, moving quickly from care assistant to supervisor to care manager. She leads a skilled team but does so with compassion and her door is always open.

Nicola Dryden - Domiciliary Care Manager/Scheduler

Nicola oversees all aspects of our domiciliary (care visits) service. She also produces staff rotas and works with all our team members to make sure they get the work to suit their skills and availability

Jana Cayeux - Live in Care Manager

Working as a live-in carer can sometimes have its own set of challenges. Jana works tirelessly to ensure her staff get the time, attention and support they need. She is excellent at her job

Stephanie Anderson - Recruitment & Training Manager

Steph recruits people who are right for this job and the right fit for our company. They need to be people with a strong work ethic, but who are also aligned with our core values. Once a job offer has been made, Steph will onboard new recruits right through to completion of our induction training programme

Ritika Tyagi - Supervisor

Ritika provides support to all our care assistants once they have completed induction training and enter their probationary period. She tailors her support to the needs of each individual, whether they are new to care or have many years of experience already.

Toni Farrer - Customer Relationship Manager

Toni liaises with our customers and their loved ones to make sure we build the right plan of care around the person, understanding their needs and preferences. She conducts regular reviews and updates instructions for the visiting care assistants. Toni makes sure our care assistants always feel confident before every visit

Helen Prady - Dementia Care Lead

Helen leads in delivering our specialist dementia care service. Highly trained and experienced, she ensures a bespoke service tailored exactly for the individual
