The role of a Live-in Care Assistant is similar in ways to other care roles; however, with one key difference - you are a key part of the household. Our Live-in Care Assistants provide each customer with a bespoke care experience tailored to their specific needs and preferences, giving them reassurance of 24/7 support in the comfort and familiarity of their own homes.

We are looking for individuals with a real passion for helping others and a commitment to providing high quality care. This important role brings challenges as well as rewards. You will need patience, compassion and an ability to listen well, so you can support customers to stay in touch with the things that really matter to them, even on the difficult days.

Excellent weekly rates – from £550.00 to £650.00 per week

Care experience is preferable, although not essential if you can demonstrate having relevant experience in running and managing a household. We have found individuals with early years’ experience have great transferable skills to become an amazing Live-in Care Assistant.

Requirements

Care experience is preferable; however, if you have transferrable skills, we're more than happy to consider these.
