We are currently seeking a Care Manager to join our friendly team to cover maternity leave for a fixed term of 7 months.

Roles and Responsibilities as a Care Manager

• Efficiently manage the day-to-day running of the business
• Allocate resources and monitor performance to deliver high quality, safe and effective homecare to customers
• Manage all aspects of the operational team
• Provide strong leadership so staff are clear about their respective duties and responsibilities and have the support they need to carry out their roles safely

Your Experience and Suitability for the Care Manager Role

Ideally, we would like the candidate to work alongside our Registered Manager for a period of one month to gain knowledge of the role before she goes on leave, however you will have the full support of the business owner whilst you find your feet.

 You must have:

• Care Management (minimum 1 year)
• Full and valid UK driving licence
• Access to a car
• Right to work in the UK 
• Excellent level of English
