Jon and Night Murray-Walker are the owners of Bluebird Care Isle Of Wight.
Originally from Lymington, Jon knows the island well and he has 20+ years’ experience in business management and school leadership. He is looking forward to working with everyone in the company to ensure we are all in the best possible position to care for you as best we can.
Night has 20 years’ experience in the Care sector, working in a variety of leadership roles, and is keen to work with and support everyone in ensuring we continue to offer you the highest possible standard of care.

Bryony Boyce, Recruitment Officer
Bryony oversees our end-to-end recruitment process, from attracting and interviewing top talent to seamlessly onboarding new team members. She manages accurate HR files, ensures all employment checks and documentation are complete, and keeps our hiring practices compliant with regulatory standards and industry best practices.

Carrie Bateman, Quality Officer
Carrie is responsible for overseeing compliance and ensuring that all staff are up to date with their HR files, training, and certifications, keeping everything in line so the team can work safely and effectively.

Robert Bingham, Customer Liaison Officer
Rob is dedicated to building positive relationships with our customers and their families, ensuring they feel supported throughout their journey with Bluebird Care Isle of Wight. He works closely with our care and office teams to provide excellent customer service, coordinate communication, and help create meaningful experiences that enhance wellbeing.

Sally Gaeta Community Liaison Officer
Sally acts as the vital bridge between our care team and the local community. Passionate about person-centred care, she brings extensive experience in community outreach, having set up a weekly Dementia support group, a befrienders scheme for older adults, and local initiatives like the West Wight Timebank. Dedicated to building trusted relationships with clients, families, and local organisations, Sally works to ensure everyone in our community has access to outstanding, compassionate home care.

Ann Flanagan, Care and Operations Coordinator
Ann brings over two decades of expert care and administrative experience to our team, having worked on the Isle of Wight since 2002. With 17 years across the care sector as a Carer, Memory Lane Unit Coordinator, Trainer, and Registered Manager—alongside background managing training logistics—she plays a key role in ensuring the smooth daily running of our home care services. Combining deep operational expertise with a commitment to person-centred care, Ann supports our dedicated care professionals, streamlines scheduling, and works behind the scenes to ensure our field teams deliver safe, reliable, and exceptionally high-quality care to every client.
