• Driving Licence & Vehicle: Because our Care Experts visit clients in their own homes from Newport and Ryde to Cowes and Shanklin, having a valid UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle is essential.

• Background Checks: We assist in processing your Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check and gathering references.
• Bluebird Academy Training: Complete fully paid induction training covering manual handling, medication safety, and basic life support.
• Shadowing & Buddying: Before working independently, you will be paired with an experienced Care Expert to shadow visits, meet clients, and build complete confidence on shift.
