Responsibilities Please note that a minimum of 1 year live in experience is required. As a Live-in Care Expert, your key responsibilities will include but not limited to: Deliver personal care that’s tailored to the customer and encourages their independence Assist with personal care like washing, dressing, toileting and mobility Manage their medication and prep their meals Take care of household tasks like laundry, cleaning, shopping and errands Support customers in staying connected to their community through social activities, hobbies, and visits from loved ones Offer comfort and care through illness, hospital visits, or end-of-life care Work independently while staying connected with our care team for support and guidance Benefits We are a true local provider of care, always close at hand Competitive pay rates, starting from £790 per week Food allowance of £50 Enhanced rates for Bank Holidays PAYE Holiday pay Paid refresher and specialist training provided Annual service awards Interactive care system (PASS) Opportunity for career progression Requirements A kind, caring and empathetic nature Ability to live with customers for agreed shifts Follow care plans and Bluebird Care Policies Commit to training, professionalism and confidentiality Have a Right to Work in the UK Previous experience of a minimum of 1 year live in experience required.
