Care Assistant- High Wycombe
£13.00 - £19.00 per hour

Responsibilities Provide high-quality care tailored to each person’s individual needs Assist with personal care (e.g. bathing, dressing, grooming) Support with nutrition and hydration, inc. meal planning and preparation Support with medication and prescriptions Carry out light housework inc. tidying, laundry and general cleaning Be a dependable friendly, familiar face for all our customers Benefits £13/hr weekdays | £13.48/hr weekends | £19/hr bank hols Paid travel time (£12.22/hr) + paid mileage A variety of shift patterns, inc. day and/or evening work Health and wellbeing programme (£1,000+/yr ) Full expert training, support and career growth Pension contribution, company events, Blue Light Card Refer a friend and customer scheme Vehicle repairs discounts + DBS contribution Requirements A full UK driving licence and your own vehicle Aged 18+ Right to Work in the UK (unfortunately we cannot accept sponsorship or visa transfer) Weekend hours (every other weekend or one day every weekend) No care experience needed as full training will be provided If you care deeply, Bluebird Care makes sure you have the time you need to do what you do best, the training so you can keep doing it better and the rewards that delivering such high-quality care deserves.
