Live In Care Assistant

Live-In Care Assistants – Bluebird Care Locations: North, East, and West Devon Pay: £750 – £1,085 per week Benefits: Accommodation Provided | Flexible Rotas At Bluebird Care , we’re proud to provide quality care at home , helping people live independently where they feel happiest — in the comfort of their own homes. We’re looking for Live-In Care Assistants to join our dedicated team and make a real difference every day. Your Role As a Live-In Care Assistant with Bluebird Care , you’ll provide compassionate, person-centred support. Your duties may include: Assisting with personal care and medication Preparing meals and light household tasks Supporting with shopping and errands Offering companionship and emotional support Accompanying clients to appointments and outings Promoting physical, emotional, and mental well-being Typical rota: 3 weeks on / 1 week off (with flexibility to stay up to 8 weeks once settled). What You’ll Need Up-to-date mandatory care training certificates DBS on the update service 3 professional and/or educational references Strong verbal and written English A driving licence (preferred, not essential) Eligibility to work in the UK A caring, compassionate nature with a patient approach What We Offer Competitive pay: £750 – £1,085 per week A private room in the customer’s home Clearly defined working hours with daily breaks Ongoing training and 24/7 support from our Bluebird Care team Flexible rotas to suit your lifestyle and schedule
