Kayley has been at the heart of our team since day 1 - her leadership, compassion and humour inspire us all, in Elmbridge and in supporting our Salisbury (Wiltshire South) office. Her dedication and high standards make a real difference to our customers, their families and our wider team. This year, Kayley’s outstanding work was recognised as Registered Care Manager of the Year winner in the Bluebird Care Awards. Franchise Director Jonathan said: “It has been a privilege to watch Kayley grow over the past 10 years. Her leadership, commitment and professionalism have set our standard.” We’re proud to celebrate this milestone and grateful for everything Kayley brings to Bluebird Care.

Our care team is the heartbeat of everything we do, and this year, they’ve once again gone above and beyond. Every single carer has shown exceptional dedication, compassion and professionalism, making a real difference in the lives of our customers. To celebrate the end of 2024, this year we decided to recognise everyone with a personalised Carer of the year certificate to recognise all their hard work and commitment. Kayley, our Registered Care Manager, shared her gratitude: "The care and support they provide allow our customers to stay happy, healthy, and safe in their own homes.
