We’re searching for a dedicated and ambitious Community Care Manager to join our growing team at Bluebird Care Eastbourne & Wealden, in our Eastbourne office. As a well-established home care provider with a reputation for delivering outstanding care, this is the perfect opportunity to develop your career while making a real difference in the community.
