We are CQC rated as Good in all areas. As a Care coordinator / Field supervisor, you’ll help our team grow, support our colleagues, and make a real difference every day. Responsibilities Ensure Care Assistants are rostered effectively so care is delivered on time, safely and in line with customer wishes and care plans. Optimise scheduling to balance customer needs with staff availability, maintaining efficiency and work/life balance. Work with the Registered Manager on field supervision, competency checks and recruitment, ensuring appropriate skills mix across the team. Accept and allocate new referrals promptly; assess new clients, write care plans and update existing ones as needed. Arrange cover for staff sickness, absence or holidays and adjust rotas to meet emergencies.
