Care Assistant - Driver
£13.45 - £16.00 per hour
Care Assistant - Driver Location: Cardiff South & Cardiff North South Area : Ely, Canton, Leckwith, Grangetown, Butetown, Cardiff Bay, Rumney, Cathays. That’s why we offer: Competitive Pay: £13.45 per hour £16.00 Per Hour Bank Holidays £20.00 per hour Christmas day, Boxing Day and New years day 35p mileage allowance Requirements A Full UK driving licence and access to a car To be living in the local area The ability to work alternate weekends To commit to working a minimum of one evening shift per week A kind, compassionate attitude and a calm approach to care Great communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships Ability to follow care plans Previous care experience is beneficial but not a necessity as full training will be provided. ABI experience is also desirable, but not essential. We’re Hiring: Experienced Complex Care Co-ordinator Bluebird Care Cardiff and The Vale is growing — and we are looking for an exceptional Complex Care Co-ordinator to join our team. This is not a standard scheduling role. We are developing and delivering high-quality complex care packages and need someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, understands clinical complexity, and can confidently manage relationships with families, carers, and new customers. Essential Requirements: Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care (minimum) Proven experience in complex or high-dependency care coordination Strong relationship management skills Confidence working with families, case managers, and multidisciplinary professionals Ability to balance compliance, compassion, and commercial awareness.
