As a Care Development Lead, you will be the face of the company undertaking all new enquiries and presenting the service to fit with people’s needs. You will be managing all new sales enquiries in the service and making sure we efficiently respond and look to convert enquiries into customers. In addition to this you will be supporting the marketing team with on the ground marketing, networking and brand awareness. To ensure we have a focus on presenting the company to new customers in the best way possible and making sure we onboard new customers efficiently and promptly. To make sure customers receive excellent quality care and support to keep them safe and comfortable in their own homes.
