Our support includes home care visits, live-in care, respite care, hospital discharge assistance and wellbeing checks, with flexible options ranging from short daily visits through to continuous care.
Every day, our Care Professionals support customers to stay living safely and independently in their own homes. This includes help with personal care, companionship, medication prompts, meal preparation, shopping, household tasks and support with everyday routines.
We also provide specialist care for people living with a range of complex or long-term conditions, including dementia, Alzheimer’s disease, Parkinson’s disease, stroke recovery, multiple sclerosis (MS), motor neurone disease (MND), acquired brain injury, Huntington’s disease, reablement support, and palliative and end of life care.
In addition, we offer at-home chiropody and nail care services, helping customers maintain comfort, mobility and day-to-day wellbeing without needing to travel.
