It’s Time to Care - nationwide recruitment campaign

We recently unveiled a nationwide recruitment campaign, in a bid to encourage more people to join the care sector in response to the coronavirus pandemic.

With the ‘It’s Time to Care’ campaign we are urging the public to consider various care roles so they can help more vulnerable people stay well and independent at home.

Neil Murray, Head of Quality and Compliance at Bluebird Care, said:

Our services enable customers to remain in their own homes surrounded by the things that matter to them most. Despite these challenging times, we need to ensure that we can continue to do this. Now more than ever, we need everyone to come together and lend a helping hand. At Bluebird Care, we can offer a range of rewarding roles, which provide stability and safety. Whatever your skills, we want to hear from you – full training will be provided

The campaign is being run across social media and on our Bluebird Care website.

Meanwhile, several of our Bluebird Care franchises have launched initiatives to support vulnerable people during the lockdown.

Bluebird Care Leeds North has been delivering essentials to customers so they don’t have to leave their houses, and the provider’s Somerset, West Dorset and Purbeck offices have rolled out a ‘safety kit’, designed to maximise protection and minimise risk of infection.
